Holocaust or Human Rights Nature is dominated by a state of affairs known as the struggle for survival. Those that can secure a meal without becoming one themselves are the successful. Those that fail fuel the success of those that succeed. Big fish do not survive without little fish, and the little fish must be abundant in order that the biggest fish of all can sustain itself. But every king of the food chain ages and becomes obsolete, and there is always an up-and-coming replacement. The principle of the evolutionary theories that the strong attain their status at the expense of the weak finds support not only in the frequently documented behavior of animals devouring one another alive, but the even more interesting examples lie in the behavior of humans, who from prehistoric times up to the present day continue to exploit one another to the point of murder, slavery, and subjugation in order to achieve material and perceived social gain. Holocausts have been with man from the outset of what is known as the historical record, and continue to this day. Men will attack one another just as eagerly as they will defend themselves and then superimpose the two scenarios as into one act in search of justification. With nuclear missiles poised, stealth warheads to overtake any missile defense system, one wonders if man might find some way to change his propensity for using force to achieve results, and seek to understand the fundamental inhuman flaw in applying force on fellow humans. The answer lies in the irony that the ones carrying out the inhuman act are often justifying the act by considering the victims to be subhuman, so that perception of humanity is the key to the problem. You see, instances where force is used on humans by humans, we call it murder when a life has ended, genocide when it was many, slavery when the victims are under lock and key, and subjugation when the nation is under the thumb of countless forms of costly obligations to the state. Death counts are results in the current mindset of measuring progress, and the number of prisoners will always wet the appetite of those now in power. They want us to forget that keeping on the roster ten percent of the nation who are employed by the U.S. government costs half of the national wealth produced in one year, and if the price of gas keeps going up as it is, it will be more like seventy-five percent as they expend fuel with every one of their endeavors. Sure, they can cast the spell of illusion that taxes are not really that high, by dividing the money up and just talking openly about what goes to the federal branch while ignoring that which goes to states and municipalities, or by hiding all of the money they extort in their modern holocaust, the drug war, using the same forms of forceful exploitation man has always used as the foundation of the strong building their houses on the backs of the weak But for those who have harmed no one but are being harmed themselves while stigmatized as society’s undesirables because they are different, who have their plight legitimized by law, who pay extraordinary fines amounting to the major portion of their income, or sit in jail while the taxpayers shell out three to four times the amount on their behalf, the shadow taxes incurred by the modern holocaust are real. Government is funding itself in the way the powerful have always attained their status, through exploitation of the vulnerable, the weak. It is as if the pattern in a wolfpack of one individual or group to establish dominance, extends through the animals all the way up to modern man. In the attainment of that status, the application of force is almost necessary for the party achieving that dominance. Without a new worldwide focus on the importance of respect for human life, rights, and dignity, we might expect that the pattern of holocausts which have plagued man throughout the ages will continue. Man must ask, “What is a human?” and after establishing that, it is necessary to clarify the ethical standards of how humans are to be treated, and how they are not to be treated. Respect for humanity should be fostered in that disrespect should be dispelled and not tolerated. Understanding of the Golden Rule, that one should respect one’s neighbors as oneself, should be a mandatory education initiative. The Golden Rule is basically a secularized version of a religious concept based on the Ten Commandments laid out by Jesus, who said something like: all the law of the prophets hinges on these two commands, love God and love your neighbors as yourselves. The word “love” has been extrapolated into “respect” in a society that has seen phases of free love coupled with the rejection of God, thus we get the modified Golden Rule, respect your neighbors as yourselves. As for loving God, many people do just that, and the government sees God’s authority and devotion among his faithful following and casts a jealous eye. They can’t have their totalitarian set of laws and beliefs undermined by religion, therefore you have the situation today where God-free schools are being used to purge kids of any time to develop a mind and set of values of their own through class and homework. Society has fundamentally regressed morally now that the era of weekly church attendance providing society’s morals has diminished over the last century, since both parents now have to work, with one supporting the family while the other pays taxes, instead of as in the past having mom sit at the farm six days a week looking forward to that one social event. As the successful divorce settlement replaces the successful family, and fathers are substituted for by a check, the act of instilling morals into those children that survive conception and actually get born becomes woefully neglected simply in the lack of time or will to exercise the authority for doing so, whereas discipline takes the form of lack of Nintendo®, perhaps a societal advancement over that age-old practice of savagely beating the offenders. With religion in decline and morals forgotten, the powerful will be able to practically reinvent and replace traditional values with whatever suits their designs, so that with their new picture of right and wrong they can point the accusing finger of persecution at whomever has a scary or demonizable custom or behavior. Drug users, gun owners, people who make profit through business, land owners, pet owners, youth, and even cell phone users all find that lawmakers and regulators have some bone to pick with them, though what they’re really out to do is pick the pocket. We find that a population without conviction, without hope for change, languishes into a slave-like state of acceptance of their heavy burden of extortive taxation. The powerful seek to write history to suit their own purpose, telling the American people one thing, while the whole outside world knows another so that in the long run their view might prevail. The nightly news is an instrument of those who want to control current events, what gets recognized as an event that is substantial, and what gets written down in the history books, as the AP and the FCC see fit. Through television, newspapers, schools, and any other purveyors of the status-quo perspective, a set of government imposed beliefs and views threaten to undermine and replace what we all have the right to believe ourselves to be the truth. We don’t just have freedom of religion in this society, for religions are composed of beliefs, so that what we really have is freedom of belief. We already live in a society that rejects that religion should be mixed with politics, for so says the establishment clause in our Constitution as interpreted by the Supreme Court. Never mind them not being allowed to prohibit the free practice thereof. Never mind that when you compel us to live part of the day without religion, you have violated our right to freedom of religion. When parents who homeschool their children are intimidated by the school board and are dragged into court and penalized, we see just how aggressive the modern school system has become, and how eager they are to impose their weeks of godless indoctrination and the flawed mentality that you act a certain prescribed way because otherwise you’ll be punished - not because you are expected to live the highest ideals, but because if you don’t, you’ll know pain. You might as well entrust your children to the Hitler Youth, who were taken from their parents and indoctrinated in another forceful state-run education scheme. Look at the morals they were taught, and you’ll see why it’s so important that the state not infringe upon parents rights to bring up their own children how they see fit. They shouldn’t be taught what the government believes, that any means is justified by any end. Thus they can plunder, start wars, and lie about it, and write it all off to the new golden calf of National Security and Plausible Deniability. The Machiavellian view of government that morality doesn’t matter seems suitable perhaps to a bunch of gangsters, but in government, it is a view that is not only wrong, but impractical when so contrary to some of the strongest and longest-lasting moral traditions of the American people, who only need to assert their intolerance of a corrupt government that does not adequately reflect or represent the innate goodness of America. ... |

Alleles of Gene 1 and Gene 2 are proportionately distributed within population of human species showing frequencies as follows: alleles A and D, 0.125; alleles B and E, 0.250; alleles C and F, 0.125. Each allele codes for an altered protein product. Each altered protein product influences bonding reaction by a discrete change that ultimately creates degree of gender bonding strength and duration. Bonding strength can be described in terms of association and dissociation of durable term human attachment phenomena. Strength of interhuman bond is measured as time-limited association between members of the species. Duration may be short or long term association with another species member. Environmental milieu contributes heavily to length of durable outcome. Arbitrarily assigned bond strength values are attributed to each allele. Each unit value describes magnitude of strength of species-related bond association or bond dissociation. Incremental units of Gene 1 alleles increase the tenacity of species-specific bond. Unit strengths increase from one to three for alleles A, B, and C, respectively. Incremental units of Gene 2 alleles attenuate tenacity of species-specific human bond. Unit value of bond dissociation strength increases from one to three for alleles D, E, and F, respectively. Alleles A and D are each assigned lowest bond strength association and dissociation of species-specific bond, respectively. Alleles B and E are each assigned intermediate bond strength association and dissociation, respectively. Alleles C and F are each assigned strongest bond strength association and dissociation, respectively. Human zygotes will express co-dominant phenotypes characterized by combining products of genetic reassortment. Gender-specific direction of bonding strength will depend on presence or absence of Y chromosome and sum of bond strength unit values. Gene expressivity and penetrance will influence bonding strength. Gene expression absolutely intersects with environment. Expected permutations for species-specific bond recombinations are extrapolated from data on human males and expanded to entire species as follows. Human homozygous dominant gender-related bond association alleles arising from Gene 1 are AA, AB, AC, BB, BC, and CC. Human homozygous recessive bond dissociation alleles arising from Gene 2 are DD, DE, DF, EE, EF, and FF. Nine possible alleles will recombine to define two heterozygous haplotypes arising from species-specific gender-nonspecific associative bonding Gene1 and species-specific gender-nonspecific dissociative bonding Gene 2. Expected recombinations of alleles from two bonding genes in human zygote are AA, AB, AC, AD, AE, AF, BB, BC, BD, BE, BF, CC, CD, CE, CF, DC, DD, DE, DF, EC, ED, EE, EF, and FF. Proposed are 21 combinations of alleles found within human zygote. Twenty-one combinations of alleles can be grouped into five genotype categories of gender-specific bonding behavior. Gender-specific bonding is male sex chromosome dependent. Categories are constructed from summation of bond strengths. Each allele carries an arbitrarily assigned bonding strength value. Bonding ranges from exceptionally strong species-specific bonding to very weak species-specific bonding. Application of bond to specific gender requires presence or absence of chromosome Y. Presence or absence of chromosome Y will determine direction of gender specificity. Strong gender-specific member bonding includes allelic genotypes AA, AB, AC, BB, BC, and CC. Weak gender-specific member bonding includes allelic genotypes DD, DE, DF, EE, EF, and FF. Intermediate gender-specific bonding includes nine allelic combinations AD, AE, AF, BD, BE, BF, CD, CE, and CF. Each allele from Gene 1 and Gene 2 is arbitrarily assigned a value to indicate strength of species bond association (affinity) or dissociation (anti-affinity). Summation of incremental allelic values arrives at strength of bonding or dissociation for each haplotype. Homozygous genotypes cap each end of the gender-specific bonding strength scale. Stronger species-specific bonding association genotypes range incrementally from 2 (AA = +1, +1) to 6 (CC =+ 3, +3). Range of species bonding strengths includes +2 (AA), +3 (AB), +4 (AC, BB), +5 (BC), and +6 (CC). Species-specific dissociation genotypes range from -2 (DD = -1, -1) to -6 (FF = -3, -3). Range of species-specific bonding dissociation includes -2 (DD), -3 (DE), -4 (DF, EE), -5 (EF), and -6 (FF). Homozygous dominant and recessive species-specific bonding occurs at each end of the scale, dominant and recessive, respectively. Large segments of human species juggle some allelic combination of two kinds of species-specific bonding genes. Each kind of bonding gene, Gene 1 (affinity) and Gene 2 (anti-affinity), contributes degrees of positive or negative species-specific bonding strength. Bonding gene combinations can repel, equivocate, enhance, or strengthen gender-specific human bonding. Presence or absence of Y chromosome determines direction of gender bonding. Ambiguous combinations arising from alleles such as allele A combined with allele D minimize activity of one genetic component of human bonding over another genetic component. Bonding is bi-directional and non-gender specific. Allelic combinations that equalize genetic components of species-specific bonding are AD (+1, -1), BE (+2, -2), and CF (+3, -3). Ambiguous expression of weak gender-specific bi-directional bonding genes (AD) is function of gene expressivity and environment. Remaining alleles show co-dominant expressions of bonding traits that produce effects of both genes to some unequal degree. AE (+1, -2), AF (+1, -3), and BF (+2, -3) show more gender-related bonding dissociation strength. BD (+2, -1), CD (+3, -1), and CE (+3, -2) alleles show more gender-related bonding association strength. Both components of species-specific bonding are present to some degree. Gene products are produced in unequal amounts. Genetic effects of those products vary accordingly to give a greater or lesser degree of gender-specific bond in presence or absence of Chromosome Y. Distribution of gene character expression in human populations can be classified into five categories. Five categories of human bonding phenotype behavior align well to comparisons with data taken from the literature (Chart 6). Genotypes fit comfortably within each category and approximate phenotype distribution values found in the literature rather closely. Caveat is that data reflects research on male populations. However, documented male data is a good place to begin inquiry into human gender-related bonding. If we compare hypothetical species-specific human male bonding data with published results concerning the spectrum of sexual orientation that is found in the literature, interhuman bonding and sexual orientation have close similarities. Gender-related bonding classes categorize sexual orientation as a range of behaviors that reflect bonding affinities between humans. Twenty-one linked allelic genotypes are distributed in human populations. Twenty-one genotypes can be classified within five categories. Five categories are derived from grouped distributions of genotype combinations. They are Genetic Elite, Androgyne Elite, Androgyne Equivocal, Partial Dysfunction, and Complete Dysfunction. First four categories comprise approximately 92% of human US male population. Four genetic classes of individuals demonstrate “appropriate” sexual orientation within wide adaptive norm. “Appropriate” behavior arises from popular belief and perceived threats to human social organization. Each class is a combination of bonding strengths that can be contained within homozygous dominant, heterozygous dominant, and large majority of homozygous recessive genotypes. Appropriate sexual orientation and gender-specific bonding in presence of chromosome Y indicate mating ritual fitness. Mating ritual fitness is functionally described as relative capacity for attracting biologically appropriate mate, the union of which will produce progeny. Appropriate sexual orientation comprises Genetic Elite (25%), Androgyne Elite (47%), Androgyne Equivocal (3%) and Partial Dysfunction (17%). Appropriate gender-specific bonding includes 92% of human male population. Remaining 8% of human male population are classed as Complete Dysfunction (8%). Functional aspects of appropriate sexual orientation refer to mating ritual fitness to acquire biologically appropriate mate. Total of all homozygous dominant, heterozygous dominant, and homozygous recessive gene distribution frequencies is 0.9988 or 99.88%. Hypothetical genetic model of sexual orientation proposes that sexual orientation is an example of multifactorial inheritance arising from two linked genes. Two genes are always expressed in pairs. Phenotypic degrees of gene expressivity and gene penetrance are modulated by environment and social customs. Gene expression accounts for a range of behavioral patterns. Species-related bonding behaviors are necessary sequential step in process leading to reproduction of species members. Origin of species-specific bonding lies in genetic expression that determines pre-wired behavior. Straight people are straight because bonding genes are distributed to different sexes such that mating ritual attraction of opposite sex partners succeeds. Non-heterosexual bonding is a predictable outcome of bonding gene Mendelian distribution of characteristics. Non-heterosexual bonding is an equally valid mechanism that is designed by Nature. Anthropocentric bias and consensual ignorance distort truth. Popular belief and scientific ignorance imposes morality upon an amoral bond and natural relationship. ... |
